Free Shipping

Suit Essence always provides FREE standard shipping any US address—no minimums or exclusions! Some customers may qualify for additional benefits at no charge—check out Suit Essence VIP for details.

Shipping Destinations

Suit Essence ships all over the world, including all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it's slow. At checkout, you'll typically find multiple shipping options so you can choose what works best for you. Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). All delivery dates are subject to order cutoff times or carrier delays.

Returns

Suit Essence has teamed up with redo to make your return(s) and exchange(s) effortless.

Please allow a few days for us to process your return after receiving your package(s). If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Credits can take additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like express or international shipping added to your original order.

An exception to this return policy would be custom orders. As materials use to make your order will be cut and dyed just for you, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on custom orders.

International Orders

Clients located outside the US are responsible for the shipping costs of the initial order as well as any return shipments. Suit Essence does not provide return labels to international customers. However, Suit Essence covers the cost of shipping exchange item(s) to international customers once a return item has been received. Clients are responsible for customs, border, tax, and/or duty fees. Before starting an international exchange or return, please us at support@SuitEssence.com for approval.

Expedited Shipping

You have the option to choose expedited shipping at an additional charge. Orders must be placed before 12 pm Eastern Standard Time for same-day shipping. Expedited orders apply only to business days. Any expedited orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (provided it's not a holiday). If an expedited Saturday Delivery is required, please call us at 1-470-403-0066 before Friday 12 pm EST to upgrade your order to the Saturday Delivery option.

Damages & Issues

Any damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.

Other Information Regarding Return(s) Or Exchange(s)

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, all returned items and their accessories must be in their original, unworn, resalable condition, with labels attached. Please note that any signs of wear, scratched soles (in the case of shoes) or alterations, or shoe stretching, or any other modification (in which would cause the item to not be in its original condition), will not be eligible to be returned or exchanged. We must received your item(s) back within 14 days of the order date.

Plese note the color(s) of the item(s) shown online may differ to the actual item received due to settings on your monitor and photography equipment. As such, these instances are not be considered as product defect(s).

Clearance Items

Clearance items are considered final sale. As such, we are sorry but cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Lost Or Misdelivered Packages

We are sorry if your package(s) get(s) lost in transit or misdelivered. As we shipped your order on your behalf, we are not responsible for package(s) lost in transit or misdelivered. In such unfortunate case(s), we suggest you file a claim with the carrier. They will be able to assist you further.
