Yes, we deliver to Post Office boxes using USPS. We deliver to all home and office addresses.
Does Suit Essence ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. Orders to APO and FPO addresses are shipped using USPS, typically taking 2-4 weeks. However, actual transit times may differ based on operational factors and the location of the recipient's unit. Individuals stationed at established bases can anticipate regular service, whereas those in forward areas or involved in operations may encounter extended delivery times due to logistical challenges, as stated by the Military Postal Service Agency.

Do you offer express shipping?

How can I track my order?
Your order will be delivered through top-tier delivery services. After your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number so you can easily track your package.
How long does it take for my order to arrive and how much does it cost?
For order(s) shipping to anywhere in the USA, there is no cost to ship the order(s) and the delivery time is anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. For order(s) shipping internationally, the cost to ship will be displayed during checkout (as the cost varies by location) and the delivery time is anywhere from 5 to 10 business days (there may be unexpected delays by customs). For custom orders, the delivery time varies and it's mentioned on the product listing.

What is your exchange & return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days from the shipped date. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to its custom nature. Please kindly note the following:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Returned items must have their original tags attached and be in resalable condition, with no visible signs of wear or use.
Returned items must be in original condition as you received them.
Shoeboxes or bootboxes must be packaged within a cardboard box.
Returned garments must not be altered.
All refunds must be accompanied by the packing slip, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
Shipping is free on all returns and exchanges. Please allow 14 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We try to ship orders out very quickly; hence, please reach out to us right away and weβll do the best we can to help.
However, if you're having second thoughts, just give your purchase a try. We're sure you'll love your purchase. But just in case you don't, you can always send them back within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer tailoring?
It's not a good idea to tailor a garment without being properly measured by a tailor. Since all garments run differerntly, it's best to try the garment on and get fitted by a local tailor in your area.
What about the warranty on my products?
